Returned to Sender Packages

If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to LOLOMO_ by the courier, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment. Reshipment will be charged accordingly. The original shipping fee is not refundable.



Return & Exchange

Exchanges and refunds are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED for change of mind, size, colour, or quantity.


Below is the types of issues that entitled to an exchange for a new product:

1. Defect on the product.

2. Wrong Word/Number/Graphic/Size/Colour from OUR side.


Items must be returned unused and with all tags attached.


I sincerely apologize there will be no compensation if the defect is due to typing errors or wrong details given BY the CUSTOMER during the order process.


However, no exchange for defective items is allowed after 7 days period.


Kindly Reminder ♡

The colour of products may vary due to the lighting used compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges or Refunds due to this reason will not be entertained.

Contact our Customer Service team through Instagram or E-mail at lolomocard@gmail.com.

Post the defective item(s) to the nearest POS Office to Lolomo office (Don’t forget to keep the consignment note)

Inform our Customer Service team regarding the tracking code and the amount of postage fees. (attached with your consignment note and receipt of postage).

We will process the new item(s) after receiving the defective products and take at least 5-16 working days to repost.

Terms & Conditions of Return


  1. All items must be returned in original condition (unused and with tags intact).

  2. All items must be shipped back to us within 7 working days of the item being received.

  3. Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcel reaches us.

  4. We recommend using courier services with tracking numbers to minimise the risk of loss of parcels.

  5. All return/exchange requests will be processed within 5 working days upon receipt of returned items.

  6. We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn't meet all mentioned conditions.

  7. All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.

对于缺陷是由客户在下单过程中的打字错误或提供错误信息造成的情况,我们深感抱歉,将不提供任何赔偿。然而,7天期限过后将不允许换货缺陷物品。

产品的颜色可能因所使用的照明与实际产品不同而有所差异。它可能看起来较深或较浅。如是这个原因引起的退货或退款将不予受理。

在寄回有缺陷的产品后,通知我们的客户服务团队有关追踪代码和邮费金额的信息(附带托运单和邮费收据)。


我们将在收到有缺陷的产品后处理新的物品,需要至少5-16个工作日重新邮寄。



退款


退货的条件和条款

  3. 买家将承担全部责任直到包裹安全送达我们。

  4. 我们建议使用带有追踪号码的快递服务,以尽量减少包裹丢失的风险。

  5. 所有退货/换货请求将在收到退回物品后的5个工作日内处理。

  6. 如果不符合上述条件,我们保留拒绝任何退回物品的权利。

  7. 所有不符合上述条件的退货将严格拒绝并被没收。
