Q: How can I customise a product? 

After placing the order, choose a photo that you want to customise and send it to us through TELEGRAM @lolomocard OR GMAIL lolomocard@gmail.com.You may check us out on Instagram @lolomo_.  

Q: How long will it take to customise a product?

Preorder Items: 14-16 days  Ready Stock: 1-3 days  

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We suggest online bank transfer and Touch'N Go eWallet.  For those who need different payment methods such as Paypal/Alipay please contact us for more information.

Shipping

Q: How much is the shipping fee?

West Malaysia: RM8  East Malaysia: RM15-20  

For other countries, kindly contact us before placing the orders.  

Q: How long can I receive the parcel after sending it out?

West Malaysia: 3-5 working days  East Malaysia: 10 -14 working days  

Other countries: 10-20 working days  

Q: How do I track my order?

All customers will receive a tracking number via e-mail within 3-16 working days from the day of order.

Q: 請問製作時間需要多久呢？

預購產品： 14-16天左右        現貨產品： 1-3天左右

我們目前接受線上轉帳（Bank Transfer）和 Touch’N Go eWallet。如果你是外國人或有其他付款需求（Paypal/支付寶），請直接聯絡我們詢問詳情。
