Step 1 : Select Your Products

We offer a variety of products for printing your photos, including film roll, keychain, polaroid and more.

Step 2: Order Placement or Contact us

Once you've chosen your desired products, you can place an order and proceed with payment. If you have questions or need assistance with the process, please don't hesitate to reach out to us on Instagram @lolomo_. We are here to assist you.

Step 3: Submit Your Photo and Payment Confirmation

Prepare the photo you wish to have printed and send it to us along with your payment confirmation. After placing an order, you can reach us through TELEGRAM @lolomocard or via GMAIL lolomocard@gmail.com. If you have any additional inquiries, feel free to contact us on Instagram @lolomo_ . We're committed to providing you with excellent service.

Step 4: Inform the Order Number

Upon ordering, you need to return to our chatroom and inform us of your order number. For example: #1001

Step 5: Start Production 

Once the order is confirmed, production will begin. Please be patient while waiting for your products. Please note that preorder items will be dispatched within 14-16 days, while ready-stock items will be dispatched within 1-3 days.

Step 6: Arrange shipping

Once we receive the products, we will arrange shipping to deliver your customised gifts. All customers will receive a tracking number via e-mail within 3-16 working days from the day of their order.
